My new auto repair shop! I avoid going to a Ford dealership as much as I can due to problems I have had in the past with that company. This place is great and I am so glad I gave them a try! Nicole is so nice and awesome and made it so easy for me to get my car fixed during my schedule with work. They take care of you as fast as they can and you can tell that they are not jacking you like dealerships. I loved the personal customer service and the no-bull way of business!

I went to multiple auto repair shops, and left completely frustrated with their customer service and lack of caring for my needs. While driving home I stumbled upon pacific highway auto repair, instantly they greeted me and offered me coffee while they discussed what I needed to get done. In under 20 minutes they had diagnosed my car and provided me a competitive quote. They gave me a ride home from the shop, and picked me up! I was astonished by the level of customer service I received, it made the whole process and stress feel like a day at the spa. I will definitely return if I ever require their service again!
