I called Pacific Highway Auto Repair and they were very helpful and showed genuine concern. They provided a towing service to transport my vehicle to their shop which made things much less complicated. I was floored by the amazing customer service at the front desk. Nicole was so kind and knowledgeable, and she made me feel right at home as I waited for my oil change.
