On the Dec. 24th my Transmission went out; I had to car towed to Pacific Highway Repair as I was departing for Holiday Dec. 26th. We communicated via email as I was out of the Country. Upon my arrival in January - the repairs was completed ! Thank you PHR - for babysitting the car and repairing it so quickly.

I took me 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 (131K) in for an oil change. It was at the dealer for 11 days 2 weeks earlier to try to determine what the service light was for. They took it apart and then drove it around for 200 miles and could never figure it out. In reality, my truck was on the verge of a meltdown and several key elements were discovered and repaired within 48 hours. Pacific Highway communicated all issues and the pricing was fair (the even helped me with a first-time customer discount which really helped). The administration part was a welcome relief, checking in, keeping me informed and checking out, EXCELLENT. I believe I have found my new mechanic!

The car was only due for an oil change, but we bring all our cars to Pacific HW Auto and have been happy with their service. I feel that they are honest and don't overcharge. We have been able to use discount coupons to lower the bill for most services we have received. Chad always explains what needs to be done in detail. I have recommended the shop to all of my friends.
