I had never been to Pacific Highway Auto Repair before, but was so happy with their service. Their staff was welcoming, nice, and just plain awesome. I came in for an oil change as well as my check engine light was on. They called to let me know what the results were of the check engine light which was going to cost a little over $200. Not once did they make me feel pressured to perform the work. Nicole let me know the urgency of each issue and how long I could go before it was a huge problem. It was nice to feel like I was not being pressured to do all the work. I told her I wouldn't be able to do it this month due to finances but would likely come back within the next month or so. Nicole completely understood and said my car was ready for pickup whenever was convenient for me. I have since referred 3 more people from my office and will tell anyone who asks if I have an auto shop I use! I will be going back to them 100%.
