Once again, Pacific Highway came through with a quick diagnosis and repair that was much less than I originally anticipated. Great work!

Eddies being extremely convenient to get to, the staff was very nice and accommodating. I was there for a simple Smog test/cert. It was my first time trying them out. After my experience with them Monday I’d definitely come back if ever needed. Thanks Pacific Hwy Autorepair.

For the third time I had them review my AC not functioning. For the third time it was apparently my fault by mismanaging the switches!! All three times I was not charged for my error. I regret wasting their time.

I would give five stars if I was sure that my bill was appropriate for the services. It's not their fault that I didn't opt to research pricing. I just didn't care to. I sought, I discovered, I called, I was treated well on the phone, I went. Pretty simple. If they treat me well, I will be back...regardless of pricing. Friendly, informative. After arriving, service was going to take longer than originally quoted, so they took care of that, too. Ordered a loaner car for me to drive. Easy peasy. One of the few places that services SMART cars. Will return.

Always a pleasure. Took my Mercedes in for C-level maintenance, but they reminded me that the filter (part of that maintenance) had been done awhile back and had lots more miles left. Saved me significant $$.
