This is my first time going to this auto mechanic store to get my front brakes rotors and sensors on my BMW Z4 2022 They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them. This is now my to go mechanic from now on.

We had a car break down and was towed to Pacific Auto Repair. They were very helpful, gave a thorough description of the problem that we had (unfortunately a cylinder was broken and the cost to repair this was deemed uneconomical). The repair center was kind and patient while we decided our options and waited over a week for us to arrange a salvage company to take the car. Thank you so much for your help!

I recently took my car in for an AC diagnostic and was relieved to hear it was a small fix! I took it somewhere else for repair 2 years ago and it only lasted 2 months before it stopped blowing out cold air. Turns out it was the relay that was having issues, which they said most places don’t bother to even look. Diagnostic started at $225 and I only ended up paying $285 at the end of the day and was only without a car for a few hours. Thanks!

They did an excellent job in changing my timing built for my Equinox. They have a lot of experience working those cars and if you are an owner of one you know how finicky that car is, great service.

I took my car here about a year ago to change my brakes. They never stopped squeaking even a year later so I took it to another shop and was told the brake pads that were put on were not good quality and because of that I have to get a whole new set of brakes after only having them 1 year. Disappointing
